Settlement made between the prioress and convent of St. Michael, Stanford, and William Erl of Northluffenham, in accordance with the decision of the deans of Stanford, Roteland and Carleby, who had been directed by Pope Gregory to enquire into the matters in dispute, by which the latter assigns to the prioress certain lands in Northluffenham, and also a yearly payment of twelve pence for land there.
