Agreement in a dispute as to certain rents, between the prior and convent of St. Peter's, Ipswich and Robert de Bordeshowe, whereby the said prior and convent grant to the said Robert and Nichola his wife two pieces of land in Brokes and Sprouton called respectively 'Seveneacris' and 'Gumboldeslond,' at a reduced rent, and the said Robert releases to the said prior and convent 8s. yearly rent for land in Sprouton called 'Liketonelond.' Peter and Paul, Ipswich, of land with the pasture of a certain road from Thurleston church to Ipswich, the said land abutting on the road from Whytington church to Thurleston church, which the grantor lately acquired from Geoffrey Guile in Thurleston: the said canons to hold the premises as a 'pitance' (pictanciam) to celebrate an anniversary for the grantor, his father and mother, &c., on the 17th of the Kalends of November (16 October).
