Agreement between Alan Basset, and Geoffrey de Ho, whereby the said Geoffrey releases to the said Alan, all that is contained by the mill-dyke at 'Crumb,' and also his common of Fetrebroch, and also grants to the said Alan the dyke along his meadow of Illenale, by his plantation on the bank of the Waye: the said Alan in return, granting to the said Geoffrey, the meadow between Hobourne and Kingeswarthe lately held by Gery de la Rune. Agreement between Alan Basset and Peter de Pirefr', whereby the latter grants that the portion of a pasture in Wockinge called 'Fetebroc' which Alan has inclosed, may remain to him and that he may enclose one third of the remainder, in return for a grant of common in. the unenclosed part of the said pasture to the said Peter and his men of Wockinge, and the use of the cross road to Coyninere ford, except when the land of Coyninere is sown (inbladata). Acknowledgment by A goes, late the wife of William de Hertmere, that she is bound to render ½ a mark, yearly, to the Lady Alina la Despenser, countess of Northfolk, at her manor of Wockinge, for a messuage lands and tenements in Sutton, which came to the hands of the said countess, after the said William's death, and which the said countess has granted to Agnes for her life &c.
