John Wadilouf of Harington, John Frere of the same, William de Lyndeseie of Harington and Walter Norays of Aswardeby, with all their issue, and 3½ bovates of land which the said bondmen held in Harington and Aswardeby, and with two places of meadow called 'Milnecoft' and 'Mikeldaill' in Braythfenne; also of 64s. rent from Hugh Browne, John son of William Neue and William Kelpin of Aswardeby for the tenements they held of him for the term of their lives; grant by the said Roger that, if the said John paid him 60l. at Wiberton on or before Midsummer Day next, he would deliver up all writings, with seisin, of the said bondmen, lands and rents, or otherwise they should remain to him and his heirs for ever. Indenture between William de Thorneton son of Thomas de Thorneton of the one part and Richard de Dynelay of the other, witnessing that the said William had granted to the said Richard the marriage of his eldest son for the said Richard's daughter, with covenant to enfeoff them within six years of a place of land called Briffeld, held by his mother in dower, to them and their heirs, or, if he could not, of lands of the like value, and in default to pay 100s. within six weeks after the said six years; and whereas he had enfeoffed William le Coker, chaplain, of the said lands, both he and the said William have sworn on the book in the presence of Sir Oliver de Dynelay, William de Thorneton, Richard de Dynelay and others not alienate the same, &c.
