Thomas Bige and Francis Dinglye to Viscount Cranborne.
1603–4, January 13. In accordance with his letters concerning the case between Edward and Margaret Marsh and Timothy Smyth, they have summoned both parties before them and examined all the Court of Ward's orders relating to the case. They blame Marsh for not implementing the order made by Sir Thomas Hesketh, Attorney of the said Court, and for his perverseness in refusing to collaborate to put an end to the dispute.—January 13, 1603–4.
