To William Inge and Roger de Bella Fago. Order not to put Roger de Mortuo Mari in default for not appearing on Friday the quinzaine of Michaelmas, in the 29th year of the reign, in the jury before William and Roger between him and Edmund de Mortuo Mari, the abbot of Wygemor, and Roger Swayn to convict the jurors of an assize of novel disseisin summoned and taken between Roger and Edmund, the abbot and Roger before the said William and Roger de Suthcote concerning a tenement in Hethe, as he was in the king's service on that day.
