John de Fresingfeld, knight, acknowledges that he owes to the king 40s.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Suffolk.

John de Warenna, earl of Surrey, acknowledges that he owes to Henry de Percy, Oliver de Wyssete, and Brother John de Bourne, executors of John de Warenna, late earl of Surrey, 1,800 marks; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in cos. Sussex, Surrey, Norfolk, York, and Lincoln.
