Windsor.
John Musket and John de Middelton acknowledge that they owe to Reginald de Frome 20 marks; to be levied, in default of payment, of their lands and chattels in co. Somerset.

Windsor.
To the abbess and convent of Caen. Request that they will admit into their house Alice, daughter of John Descrennes, who desires to serve God in the habit of their religion. They are to write the king what they have done in this matter.
Roger de Fubele acknowledges that he owes to William de Berdefeld 20l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in Ireland.
Nov. 27.
Windsor.
To the mayor and bailiffs of Winchester. Order to permit Peter de Nottelegh, citizen of the same, to dwell in the city with the other citizens, they having expelled him from the city under colour of the king's late order to cause lepers who were amongst the healthy citizens to be expelled the city, as it appears, from examination of the said Peter before the king's council by the council and by physicians experienced in the knowledge of this disease, that he is quite free from infection. Walter son of Thomas de Sancto Andrea acknowledges that he owes to Roger de Gildesburgh, parson of the church of Kerselawe, 150 marks; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Buckingham.

Windsor.
To the sheriff of Southampton. Order to cause proclamation to be made in his county [court] and in the city of Winchester and elsewhere, that Peter de Nutle, late mayor of Winchester, is free from all infection of leprosy, and he is to cause him to dwell amongst his neighbours in the city as he was wont without being molested, as it appears from examination of the said Peter before the king's council that he is free from leprosy, although the mayor and bailiffs of the city have caused him to be removed from the same under colour of the king's order to remove lepers from the same.
John de Alneto, knight, acknowledges that he owes to Henry de Malmeis 6l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in cos. Southampton and Dorset.
Robert de Swynburn, knight, acknowledges that he owes to John de Crosseby, clerk, 14 marks; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. York.

Jordan de Bradeford, citizen of Chester, acknowledges that he owes to William de Melton, clerk, 11l. 12s. 11d.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Chester.
Memorandum, that the king, on December 6, at Wyndesore, granted to Robert de Marchumleie, clerk of the chancery, for his service to Edward, the king's first born son, that he shall be preferred to the first void benefice of the yearly value of 40 marks or pounds pertaining to the king's donation.

To the king's bailiffs of the honour of Tykehull. Order to take the fealty of Hugh de Cressy and Robert Russel of Tykehull, and not to distrain them for their homage for the lands that they hold of that honour, as the king has respited the same until Easter. By C.
Enrolment of demise and release by John de Pageham, son and heir of William de Pageham, deceased, to Adam de Coppedenne and Isabella his wife for their lives of all his lands in Chudeham, which William le Taverner, citizen of Chichester, formerly held for life by demise from the said John's father, and which he has rendered and released to the said John for the use of Adam and Isabella; rendering therefore 10l. yearly to the said John and 1d. yearly for him to William de Watergate, 13d. yearly to the fraternity of the hospital of Palynges, and ½d. yearly to Richard le Keu of Inlonde. As they have paid on the day of this deed 130l. to the said John, he grants that they shall hold the premises quit of the above yearly rent of 10l. for thirteen years. If they die before the end of that time, their executors are to hold the premises until then. Witnesses: William de Whitsand, mayor of Chichester; Clement de Addesdene; Simon de la Flete; Boniface de la Slyndrie; John de Stok; William de Watergate; Peter de Roteham; Henry de la Houke; John Quipping; William Maudut; William Kupping, clerk. Dated at Chichester, Monday the eve of St. Thomas the Apostle, 5 Edward II.
Memorandum, that the said John came into chancery and acknowledged the above deed.

The prior of Bermundeseie acknowledges that he owes to John de Sancto Laurencio, the elder, 100 marks; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in cos. Kent, Surrey, and Essex.

Assignment of dower to Elena, late the wife of John son of John de Ryvers, made before the escheator at Aungre, November 24, by the view of Thomas de Fifide, Hugh son of Matthew, John de Ponte, John le Carpenter, Robert Hawys, Walter le Charetter, Richard de Welde, John the Smith (faber), Robert Ledet, John the Smith of Aungre, Simon Renekyn, and Geoffrey de Rothing'. They assign to her a third of an acre of land called 'Wymabanke' at the eastern end towards the little park of Aungre sorte prorecta, and a third of the hundred of Aungre and the profits thereof.

John de Gyse, the elder, acknowledges that he owes to Robert Lovet 50 marks; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Gloucester.
The abbot of Woubourn acknowledges, for himself and convent, that he owes to Thomas Beauflur 72l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of their lands and chattels in co. Bedford.

Thomas le Crok came before the king, on Saturday before the Circumcision, and sought to replevy to John atte Chirche the said John's land in Wytstaple, taken into the king's hands for his default before the justices of the Bench against Alice, late the wife of Reginald le Couper.

To the sheriff of Lincoln. Order to receive by indenture from John de Brockele and Richard Beaumont, attornies of John de Weston, chamberlain of Scotland, all the corn that they will deliver to him, and to cause it to be carried to the next seaport in his bailiwick, and there to hire by their view sufficient ships for the carriage of the same, and to load them with the said corn to be carried to Berwick-on-Tweed, there to be delivered to the said chamberlain, receiving from him letters patent under his seal testifying the receipt of the same corn and the expense in carriage thereof to the sea and to Berwick.

John Colkyn came before the king, on Sunday before the feast of the Circumcision, and sought to replevy to John atte Chirche the said John atte Chirche's land in Wistaple, taken into the king's hands for his default before the justices of the Bench against Alice late the wife of Richard le Coupere.
Richard de Seleby, vicar of the church of Reydon, diocese of London, acknowledges that he owes to William de Thorntoft, clerk, 40s.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Essex.

Windsor.
To the sheriff of Gloucester. Order to send Robert de Brinckeleie, the king's approver imprisoned in Gloucester castle, together with his attachments and appeals, to Neugate, there to be delivered to the keeper of the gaol there, whom the king has ordered to receive and safely keep the said Robert until he be delivered according to law.
