The Tower.		 To the justices of the Bench. Order not to put Walter de Langeton, bishop of Coventry and Lichfield, in default for his failure to appear before them on Sunday in three weeks from Easter day last and on the Monday following in the suit before them between Geoffrey Ridel, demandant, and the aforesaid Walter, tenant, concerning a messuage and a carucate of land in Witering', as he was engaged in the king's service on those days.
