To H. bishop of St. Davids. Request to prepare himself as an envoy with other lieges whom the king has deputed for this, and to come with all speed to London, to treat there upon the matter with others of the council and receive from them his commission and instructions together with his expenses, as the king is to send envoys for the treaty of peace which is being arranged at Auntoyn near Tournay on the morrow of the Purification between his allies and those of his adversary of France, and it seems to the king and his council that the bishop is well fitted to be such an envoy.
