Westminster.
John de Agmodesham acknowledges that he owes to the prior and convent of St. Mary's church, Suthwerk, 66l. 13s. 4d.; to be levied etc. in the county of Buckingham.
Cancelled on payment.
Thomas Haket acknowledges that he owes to Master Michael de Northburgh, keeper of the privy seal, and to Henry de Greystok, steward of the king's chamber, 1,000 marks; to be levied etc. in Sussex.

Westminster.
To the mayor and sheriffs of London. Whereas the king has caused the lands which belonged to Walter Pavely and Edmund Thamyse in Westchep in that city to be taken into his hand, and has heard that a plea for those lands is now moved before the mayor and sheriffs to recover them out of his hand: he orders them, if such a plea is moved, to supersede the further holding of it until he is more fully informed of the affair and until further order. By p.s. [21999.]
Enrolment of indenture testifying that whereas John de Aumodesham is bound to the prior and convent of Our Lady, Suthwerk, in 66l. 13s. 4d. by the above recognisance, the prior and convent grant that if John observe all the agreements contained in another indenture made between them, dated on 10 January in the 26th year of the reign, as is fully contained in that indenture, then the said recognisance shall be null. Dated at Suthwerk in the chapter of the said religious on 6 January in the said year. French.
Memorandum that the prior came into chancery at Westminster on 22 January and acknowledged the preceding indenture for himself and his convent.
Memorandum that certain articles touching the state of Ireland are enrolled on the inside of this roll.
