Westminster.
Henry fitz Roger, knight, acknowledges that he owes to the prior of the Crutched friars near the Tower of London 100l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Dorset.

Windsor.
John Wyneter of Maydestan acknowledges that he owes to Andrew Aubrey, citizen of London, 400l.; to be levied etc. in co. Kent.
Cancelled on payment.
Enrolment of grant by Stephen de Cosyntone, knight, to John de Cosyntone, his eldest brother and to John Vyneter of Maydestane, of a yearly rent of 200 marks to be received of all the lands which he has in co. Kent, to be paid at Christmas, with power of distraint if the rent be in arrear; he has also granted to them all the goods and chattels which he has in England or elsewhere on the date of these presents. Dated at Maydestane on Monday before the Assumption, 23 Edward III. French.
