To the bailiffs of Wyche for the time being. Order to pay to Cicely duchess of York the king's mother 70l. 17s. 10d. a year for life and the arrears since 30 December, 1460; as by letters patent of 1 June last, the king granted to her that yearly sum of the farm or fee farm of the town of Wyche co. Worcester for life from 30 December then last, on which day Richard duke of York her husband died.
To the customers, collectors, receivers or farmers for the time being in the port of London. (Like) order for payment of 289l. 6s. 8d. a year and arrears of the customs upon wool, hides and woolfells in that port.
To the receivers, farmers or other the occupiers for the time being of the forests of Exmore, Rachiche and Mynedepp cos. Somerset and Devon. (Like) order for payment of 50 marks a year and arrears of the issues and profits of those forests.
