of two crofts of land in Stapilford Abbots called 'Scharpecroft'
and 'Wautecroft,' the first lying between the high way on the
south and a field of the abbot of Bery called 'Smethisfeld' on
the north, one head abutting upon the high way on the east and
the other upon land of John Gerold on the west, the latter between
land of John Boylond on the south and the said high way on the
north, one head abutting upon the high way on the east and the
other upon land of Richard Coke sometime of Thomas Homan on
the west, which crofts the grantors had by feoffment of John
