Arthur Ormesby of London 'gentilman,' to Thomas Batter. Recognisance for 40l. to be levied etc. in the city of London.
Condition, that he shall abide and perform the award of George archbishop of York the chancellor, the arbitrator indifferently chosen, touching all actions, suits, plaints, debates and demands between the parties, so that the same be rendered in writing under the archbishop's seal before Michaelmas day next.
Thomas Batter of London 'draper,' to Arthur Ormesby. L ke recognisance.
Like condition, mutatis mutandis.
John Brocas, son and heir of Humphrey Brocas and of Eleanor his wife, to Nicholas Hervy, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of all lands, rents and services in Barowe co. Somerset, which descended by inheritance to John Brocas after his mother's death. Enrolment vacated, for that the said Richard appeared not in person in chancery, but the acknowledgment was fraudulently made by a stranger pretending to be the said Richard when he was not; therefore no exemplification thereof shall be made.

Memorandum of the delivery of record, 28 June this year, to the sheriff of Huntingdon of a writ (text follows), tested at Westminster, 26 June, 6 Edward IV, directing him to attach William Ropar of St. Neots so as to have him in chancery in the quinzaine of Michaelmas next to answer Robert Abdy clerk, one of the servants of George archbishop of York the chancellor, concerning an alleged trespass.
(Like) memorandum concerning a writ (text follows), tested at Westminster, 18 June, 6 Edward IV, directing the said sheriff to attach William Kynge, so as to have him in chancery (the same) day to answer John Peke one of the servants of (the said) chancellor, concerning the detinue of 12l.
William Boston citizen and fishmonger of London, to William Costantyn alderman and citizen and skinner of London and John Dey dwelling in the parish of St. Mary 'atte Hill' by 'Billyngergate,' their executors and assigns. Gift of all his goods and chattels and all debts to him due; and he has put them in possession thereof by delivery of one silver cup. Dated 9 August, 6 Edward IV.
