This recognisance cancelled, for that on 7 February, 49 Henry VI,
the first year of his restoration, that king by writ of privy seal,
addresed to William Morland his clerk then keeper of the chancery
rolls and remaining upon the chancery file for that year, for
causes and considerations him specially moving did command
the said William to cancel the same and the condition. |
