To the collectors of the petty custom and the subsidy in the port of London. Order, upon petition of Gunsalus More knight, ambassador of the king of Castille, to discharge Fernandus Urtys seaman and merchant of Spain and his sureties of their mainprise, not troubling them in aught; as his petition shews that for acquittance of certain costs and expenses by him incurred and of certain debts the ambassador took of the said Fernandus 370l. which Fernandus received for iron of Spain by him brought to the said port and there sold, and that Fernandus found sureties before the collectors that with that sum he should buy divers merchandise of the commodities of the realm.
