To William lord Wylughby. Order during his life to pay or deliver to John de Lancastre the king's son the surplus of the yearly value of the manors of Burwelle and Calsby co. Lincoln now and henceforward arising over and above 100l. from 20 June last; as by letters patent of 12 June 6 Henry IV the king committed to the said William for life the keeping of those manors, which were of Henry late earl of Northumberland and then forfeit to the king by reason of his rebellion, and further granted him for good service 100l. a year of the issues and profits thereof, rendering the surplus at the exchequer; and by other letters patent of 20 June last granted to the said John and his heirs the surplus so reserved, and the reversion of the said manors after the said William's death, rendering nought to the king for the same.

To the bailiffs of Great Jernemuth and the keepers of the passage in that port. Order to dearrest six and twenty fishers' vessels of Holande and Selande appointed for taking herring, which are there arrested, and four hundred fishermen therein, suffering them to pass thence without let. By C.
