John Bitforde, son and heir of Thomas Bitforde of Hertfordshire, to Robert Neuport and Margery his wife, and to the heirs and assigns of the said Robert. Quitclaim with warranty of the manors of Pelham Furneux and Thethyrsham co. Hertford, whereof they are tenants for life with reversion to the said John and his heirs. Dated the morrow of Michaelmas 8 Henry IV.
