To the guardians of the peace and justices of oyer and terminer in Hertfordshire. Order by mainprise of Richard Hay and William Flete of Hertfordshire to set free John Gryme, Juliana his daughter and William Coke, by them lately arrested and committed to prison for an alleged entry with the strong hand upon lands of Richard Co . . . . (fn. 1) of Berkhamstede, certifying in chancery three weeks after Michaelmas next the cause for which the prisoners were taken, and sending again this writ.
