Thomas Morstede the king's servant and surgeon is sent to the prior and convent of St. Swithun in Winchester, to take such maintenance as William Aysshe esquire deceased had in that house. By p.s. [6985.]
Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 80 marks, made in chancery 3 September this year by Roger Drury knight, John Spenser, John Lancastre and Thomas Mysterton, all of Suffolk, for William Berdewelle knight, John son of William Berdewelle and Robert brother of the said John, that they shall do or procure no hurt or harm to Edmund Thelnetham, his men or servants.

Henry Slayer parson of Wardoun and William Leeke to Margaret who was wife of Edward Latymer of Norhamptonshire, tenant for life of the castle and manors of Braybroke, the manor and hundred of Wardoun co. Norhampton, and of all other manors, lands, rents, reversions and services in Leycestershire, with all other manors, lands, rents, reversions, services, fees, advowsons etc. in those counties sometime of the said Edward, by demise of John Stotusbury of Sulgrave and Thomas Wakeleyn of Trafford, both now deceased, and of the said parson and William Leeke. Acknowledgment that she has been in seisin of all the premises, and that all the tenants thereof have attorned tenants to her; and confirmation of her estate for life therein. Dated 12 July 12 Henry IV.
