Westminster.
To William Faucomberge knight constable of Alnewyke castle, and to his lieutenant. Order under a pain of 200l. upon receipt of this writ straightway by mainprise of John Bertram sheriff, John de Horton and Geoffrey Langton esquires, all of Northumberland, and Thomas Bekerynge of Notynghamshire esquire to deliver to the sheriff or his deputies John Dogle and Thomas Horsle imprisoned in the castle prison; as John Bertram and the others have mainperned in chancery to have them there three weeks after Easter next to answer any who will complain or sue them, in case they shall be delivered to the sheriff in time.
Cancelled by command of the chancellor, because the condition was fulfilled.
