Westminster.
To the collectors in the port of London of 3s. upon every tun of wine. Order to deliver to Bernard de la Sparre lord of la Barre, without payment of any subsidy, nine tuns of wine of Gascony purveyed for consumption of his household, which are in ships in that port.
Feb. 3.
Westminster.
To the constable of the Tower of London or his lieutenant. Order to receive John Mouter from one who shall deliver him on behalf of the king, and to keep him in custody in the Tower until further order. By K.

To the mayor and sheriff of Bristol. Order to dearrest a crayer called 'la Trinite' of Bristol, Thomas Erle merchant of Bristol owner, laded with merchandise of divers merchants to be taken over to foreign parts upon which they have paid custom, and by command of the king arrested in that port it is said, suffering the same to pass with the said merchandise, that arrest notwithstanding.
