John Peverell of Norffolk esquire to Roger Basset of Northamptonshire clerk. General release of all actions and appeals by reason of any ordinances or statutes published in the realm or otherwise. Dated the last day but one of February 3 Henry V.
Memorandum of acknowledgment, 27 February.
1415.
Joan who was wife of Ralph Arundell of Cornwall knight to John Arundell knight and his heirs. Quitclaim of the manor of Taluren, four messuages and four acres of land in Carlenneke, Cardoun and the town of St. Just in Roslonde, a ferry and 'feribote' over the river Taluren and the advowson of St. Just church, all which she lately held in fee tail by virtue of a fine levied at Westminster in the quinzaine of Trinity 5 Henry IV, whereby Ralph Scor of Taluren gave the same to her and her husband and to the heirs of their bodies with remainder to the heirs of her husband's body, remainder to the said John and his heirs, and after her husband's death she made a surrender thereof to the said John and to his heirs. Dated 12 November 3 Henry V.
Memorandum of acknowledgment in the church of the friars of the order of preachers London 15 November before Roger Horton, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the chancery file for this year.

Thomas Calston esquire to Elizabeth his daughter and heir, wife of William Darell, and to the heirs of her body, with remainder to William Darell and the heirs of his body, remainder to John Darell and the heirs of his body, remainder to the right heirs of William Darell. Grant with warranty of the reversion of the manor of Beueleye and of all the lands, rents, services, reversions etc. in Beueleye, Lacoke and Natton co. Wiltesir which William Coventre and William Gore had by feoffment of the said Thomas, and by their charter indented did demise to him for life without impeachment of waste, with remainder to the said William and Elizabeth and to the heirs of their bodies, remainder to the said Thomas and his heirs; and proviso that during his own life every impeachment, claim, action etc. for waste or estrepement against him or his assigns shall be void, and the said William Darell, Elizabeth and John shall therefrom be barred. Witnesses: Walter Hungerforde, Walter Beauchamp knights, Robert Andrewes, Robert Saleman, William Westbury. Dated Beueleye, Tuesday after St. Luke 3 Henry V.
Memorandum of acknowledgment in chancery at Westminster, 28 November.
William prior of the church or house of St. Botolph Colcestre and the convent to William Astell parson of one mediety of the church of Gamelyngay co. Cantebrugge and his successors. Quitclaim of an annuity or yearly pension of 4 marks issuing from the church of Gamelyngay for which there have been strife, debate, pleas and demands between William predecessor of the prior and the said parson; as upon view and examination of charters, muniments and evidences of the said parson the prior and convent have no right or claim therein; and release of all actions real and personal, all plaints and demands by reason of pensions, annuities, rents or demands in the church aforesaid, or other matter or contract whatsoever. Dated the chapter house, 27 June 1415, 3 Henry V.
Memorandum of acknowledgment at Colchestre 2 December before the abbot of Colchestre, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is upon the chancery file for this year.
William prior etc. and the convent (as above) to Edmund warden of Merton Hall in Oxford, parson of a mediety of Gamelyngay church, the scholars of the said hall and their successors. (Like) quitclaim and release. Dated (as the last).

Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 20l., made in chancery 16 November this year by William Fisshe of Cambridgeshire, Richard Wynde, Hugh Treweman, both of London, and John Hoker of Essex for John Thorp, and of an undertaking by him under the same pain, that he shall do or procure no hurt or harm to Henry Pountfreit.
