Westminster.
John Bukworth, Walter Tudynham and William Spyre, each of Lenne merchant, to the king. Recognisance for 142l., to be levied etc. in Norffolk.
Condition, that at the quinzaine of Easter next they shall bring in chancery 71l. to be delivered to the king or to Hamon Straunge knight and John Ede of Brancastre as the court shall determine.
Cancelled by command of Henry bishop of Winchester the chancellor.
John Prytewell of Shoplonde co. Essex and Joan his wife to William Totham and Thomas Walsshe. Letter of attorney, appointing them to give John Wakerynge archdeacon of Canterbury, Richard Fitzsimond and William de Spoune clerk seisin of all lands, rents and services etc. of the said John and Joan in Essex. Dated 1 November 3 Henry V.
Memorandum of acknowledgment, 6 April this year.
Walter Charleton of Wiltesir esquire to Joan wife of Thomas Brooke knight, Richard Chedder of Somerset esquire, Elizabeth his wife and John Deye parson of Baggeworth, and to the heirs and assigns of the said Richard and John. Grant with warranty of the reversion of the manor of Lyllysdoun otherwise Lillesden in the hundred of 'Northcory' co. Somerset, whereof Humphrey Stafforde of Somerset esquire and Katherine his wife are tenants for life of the said Katherine with reversion to the grantor and his heirs; and further gift with warranty of all his lands, rents, reversions and services, fees, advowsons, courts, liberties etc. in Lillysdoun and elsewhere within the said hundred; with proviso that by reason of any such warranty he or his heirs shall not be bound to render the value although a plea concerning any of the property be moved in time to come. Witnesses: Thomas Beauchamp, Thomas Stowell and John Horsy knights, William Beauchamp, Matthew Cokyr. Dated 2 April 4 Henry V.

Ralph Grene esquire to John Wakeryng clerk keeper of the privy seal, Walter Hungerforde, Roger Leche knights, John de Leventhorp esquire and Robert Darcy, their heirs and assigns. Charter of all lands, rents and services within the parish of Edmunton co. Middlesex, with all reversions, wards, marriages, suits of court, woods etc., which he had by gift of Henry Beaufort bishop of Winchester. Witnesses: Henry bishop of Winchester the chancellor, Thomas bishop of Durham, Henry Fitz Hugh knight the chamberlain, Thomas Erpyngham knight steward of the household and William Hankforde chief justice of the King's Bench. Dated Edmunton, 6 April 4 Henry V.
