William Molyns knight to William Wyot and Elizabeth his
wife. Charter indented for their lives of the manor of Bampton
otherwise Aston Bampton co. Oxford, rendering to the grantor,
his heirs or assigns, 20l. a year, and subject to the following
condition, namely that if William Molyns shall die in the life
time of Marjory his wife, and she shall recover dower thereof,
payment of 20 marks of the said rent shall cease, with proviso
for payment of the 10 marks remaining to William Molyns, his
heirs or assigns. Dated Bampton, the feast of Allhallows 5

indented with warranty of a garden in Henle upon 'Thames'
called 'Countasse gardyn,' and a meadow in that parish called
'Kyngmede,' in exchange for 11 acres of meadow in Dachet in
a meadow called the Flete, one acre called 'Trippelfordesacre'
lying between land of the lord on either side, north and south,
one head abutting on the west upon 'Thames,' and on the east
upon the lord's meadow, 5 acres called 'Tailmede' lying in
length upon William Wyot's ditch on the east side and on the
other upon the common meadow of Dachet, 3 acres between the
meadow of John Archer on the south and 'Milhousacre' on the
north, and 2 acres between the lord's meadow on the south and
the meadow of William Lyncolne on the north. Witnesses:
Thomas Sakevyle knight, Richard Wyot, John Barton the younger,
Thomas Milreth, William Spelynge, David Breknoke, William

William Molyns, son and heir of Richard Molyns knight, to
William Wyot and Elizabeth his wife. Indenture of lease with
warranty for their lives and the life of the longest liver, without
impeachment of waste, of the manor of Henley upon Thames
co. Oxford, with wards, marriages, reliefs, escheats, reversions
etc., and grant to the lessees of timber in his wood for building
and repairing the houses, and wood as fuel for their household,
rendering yearly 8l. Witnesses: Thomas Sakevyle knight,
William Doylly, Reynold Jory, Thomas Clobber, William More.
