Westminster.
To the escheator in Warwickshire. Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with the manors of 'Parkhalle' by 'Castell Bromwych' and Pedemore, eight messuages, four carucates of land, 100 acres of meadow, 40 acres of wood and 10l. of rent in 'Castell Bromwych,' Sutton in Colefelde, Crudworth, Mynworth, Moxhulle and Overton, delivering to Sibyl late the wife of Ralph Arderne knight any issues thereof taken; as it is found by inquisition, taken before Robert Castelle late escheator, that at his death the said Ralph held those manors etc. as jointly enfeoffed with her by virtue of a fine levied in the king's court, by grant of Thomas Gower of Toneworth and Richard Norton of Worcester to them and the heirs of their bodies, and that the same are not held of the king. To the escheator in Worcestershire. Like order concerning the manor of Wyke Sapy by Worcester with lands, rents, reversions, services, neifs and all that goes with them, and all other appurtenances except two messuages there, one called 'Sherreveslonde' the other 'Susanneslonde,' with the lands thereto adjacent; as it is found by inquisition, taken before Thomas Gower late escheator, that at his death the said Ralph held the same, with the exception aforesaid, of Philip bishop of Worcester, as jointly enfeoffed with the said Sibyl, by feoffment of John Sampsoun rector of Warnedoun and Robert Lyndres called Clerke of Worcester to them and the heirs of their bodies.
