Thomas Romesey knight to John Westbury the younger, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the manor of Hulle Deverell co. Wiltesir late of Emma Dreue, with appurtenances there; and proviso that this warranty shall extend only to barring the said Thomas and his heirs, and not to recovery of the value in case John Westbury be hereafter impleaded concerning the same. Witnesses: Walter Hungerford, William Chene, Walter Beauchamp, John Blaket knights, Robert Andrew. Dated Hulle Deverell, 1 May 5 Henry V.
Memorandum of acknowledgment at New Sarum on the feast of St. Matthias this year before William Cheyne, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the chancery file for this year.
Vacated, because the acknowledgment was taken without warrant.
