To the escheator in Lincolnshire. Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with the manor of Wotton with appurtenances in the towns of Gowsyll, Kyrnyngton and Ryby, delivering up any issues thereof taken; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that William Aistirby at his death held the same as jointly enfeoffed with Alice his wife, by demise of Thomas Haxey clerk and John Keuermond to them, by name of William de Aysterby son and heir of William de Aysterby son and heir of William de Aysterby of Wotton, and Alice his wife, and to the heirs of their bodies, and that it is not held of the king.
