Robert Dyneley of Wuolverton co. Suthampton esquire to Peter Halle otherwise del Chambre of Tanyngton co. Kent esquire. Recognisance for 40l., to be levied etc. in the county of Suthampton. (fn. 1)

Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 40l., made in chancery 8 July 8 Henry V by Richard Musgrave of Hertlay co. Westmerland knight, Thomas Fulthorp of Normanby co. York, Robert Hornby of Nunthorp and William Scalby of Malton, both co. York, for Sibyl Malbys, and of an undertaking by her under a pain of 200l., that until Christmas day next she shall do or procure no hurt or harm to Richard Fairfax or any of the people.
Memorandum of a like mainprise that day made by the same mainpernors for William Bekwyth esquire, and of a like undertaking by him until Monday after St. Lawrence next, and that at that day before Robert Tirwhit and John Preston he shall find security that he shall do or procure the said Richard or any of the people no hurt or harm until Christmas day then next.
Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 40l., made in chancery 2 June this year by Thomas Banke of Ruyston, Guy Fairefax and Thomas Danyell for Richard Fairfax esquire, and of an undertaking by him under a pain of 200l., that he shall do or procure no hurt or harm to Sibyl Malbys and William Bekwyth esquire or any of the people.

John abbot (as above) and the convent to the (said) chapter and to their successors. Grant of a yearly rent of 100s., payable at Whitsuntide and Martinmas; and bond for payment thereof. Dated the chapter house Welbeke, 3 May 1420, 8 Henry V.
Memorandum of acknowledgment of the foregoing writings at Welbeke on Monday 10 June before William Aghton canon in the church of St. Mary Suthwelle, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the chancery file for this year.

Memorandum of acknowledgment at Shirland in the Isle of Shepeye 22 June before John Darell, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the chancery file for this year.

Robert Dyneley of Wulverton co. Suthampton, son and heir of Robert Dyneley, to Peter Halle of Kent esquire, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of all lands, rents and services in Wymbuldoun co. Surrey which Peter Halle had by his feoffment; and proviso that this warranty shall extend only to barring the said Robert and his heirs, and not to recovery of the value, unless a claim be made by virtue of feoffment, estate or alienation made by the said Robert or one of his ancestors. Dated 26 June 8 Henry V.
