which, as attorney of John Lasse and Agnes, John Burlegh
did acknowledge the plaintiff's action upon a writ of formedon
en le remanere prosecuted against them before the justices of the
Common Bench by Thomas Ferrers of Devon esquire; and that
if no such award be made he shall appear before the council
five weeks after Easter next touching a bill against him presented
in the council by John Lasse and Agnes, and shall not absent
himself without licence of the council until dismissed. |
