Feb. 5.
Westminster.
To the escheator in Dorset. Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with the manor of Shapwyke, delivering to John Cammelle any issues thereof taken; as it is found by inquisition, taken before John Wynforde late escheator, that Michaela who was wife of Robert Coker esquire at her death held that manor for life as her dower after the death of John Plecy her husband by assignment of John his son and heir, with reversion to John Cammelle cousin and heir of John Plecy, namely son of Joan sister of John father of John Plecy, who is of full age, and that it is held of the king as of the duchy of Lancastre by the service of the fourth part of one knight's fee.

To the escheator in Yorkshire. Order to take of Elizabeth who was wife of John Lely of Drax an oath etc., and in presence of the next friends of Joan daughter and heir of the said John, or of their attorneys, to assign to the said Elizabeth dower of his lands, taken into the king's hand by his death and by reason of the said Joan's nonage.
