To the escheator in Sussex. Order to give Robert Tauke, son and heir of Thomas Tauke esquire, seisin of the lands of his father, of those of his heritage held in dower by Margery (or Margaret) who was wife of the said Thomas, and those held by Thomas Warner to him and the heirs of his body by Isabel his wife, whose heir the said Robert is; as he proved his age before John Wyntereshulle late escheator, and the king has taken his fealty, and for one mark paid in the hanaper has respited his homage until Michaelmas next.
To the escheator in the county of Suthampton. Like order, mutatis mutandis; as for a fine paid in the hanaper the king has respited the homage of the said Robert until a day yet to come.
