Richard Baynarde of Essex 'gentilman' to William Flete of Rykmeresworth. Recognisance for 700 marks, to be levied etc. in Essex.
Condition, that Walter Fitz Wauter knight, Lewis John, the said Richard, John Tyrell, Robert Darcy, Richard Fox, William Newelande, Robert Molynton esquires and Richard Duryvalle clerk named in a schedule by them delivered to William Babyngton chief justice of the Common Bench shall before the Purification next before the justices of the Common Bench levy a fine of the moiety of a third part of the manor of Flete co. Lincoln called Lucyes to Robert de Wilughby, Ralph de Crumwelle, Robert Roos, Henry de Rocheforde, Reynold West knights, John Alnewyke, Nicholas Dixon clerks, William Alyngton, Roger Floure, John Hotoft esquires, Richard Pynchebeke, Richard Welby, John Sturgeoun, John Fray, John Kyme, Thomas Wandesforde of London, Robert Frampton, John Derynge, the said William Flete and Thomas Martyn chaplain named in the said schedule and to the heirs of Thomas Martyn, and in the life time of the said Walter before the said feast shall cause the same to be engrossed at the cost of William Flete.
