William Sowelby bailiff of the liberty of Beverley to John archbishop of York. Recognisance for 200l., to be levied etc. in Yorkshire.
Condition, that he shall not produce any acquittance to him made by Master Thomas Wyot clerk against the executors of Henry late archbishop of York in the king's court or elsewhere, to bar them from their action.

John Wakerynge, son and heir of William Wakerynge of Great Wakerynge, to Robert Darcy of Maldoun esquire. Quitclaim of the whole capital tenement called 'Wakeryngisplace' in Great Wakerynge co. Essex, with all rents and services thereto belonging. Dated Rochforde, Easter day 2 Henry VI.

Letter of attorney, appointing them to give Walter Hungerforde knight lord of Heytisbury and Hommet, John Tiptoft knight lord of Powys, Philip Courteney esquire, Simon Sydenham dean of Salisbury, John Juyn knight, John Stourton of Stourton, William Darell, Walter Paunesfote, Robert Longe, William Woulston esquire and John Fortescu or their attorney seisin of two thirds of the manor called 'Newhalle' in Borham co. Essex, and two thirds of all lands, rents and services thereto belonging, which Robert Darcy and the others had by feoffment of Thomas Coggeshale, son and heir of Thomas Coggeshale of Borham esquire, and the reversion of the third part of the same now held by John Pyeshale and Beatrice his wife, who was wife of Thomas Coggeshale the son, in her right.
