Thomas Conyngesby to Guy Porkelee citizen and fishmonger of London, his heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of his manor of Lytlyngton co. Middlesex with all lands, rents, services, rights etc. thereto belonging of old time, and the advowson of the church. Thomas Conyngesby, son and heir of Margaret Conyngesby of 'Netherhalleforde' co. Middlesex, to Thomas Bokelonde of 'Netherhalleforde,' his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of 16½ acres of arable land and meadow in 'Netherhalleforde' which were of Edward Broun, 2½ acres of land with 'hanetons' of meadow in 'Brokeforlonge,' 1½ acre in 'Westlangforlonge,' half an acre in 'Haghelme,' 2 acres in the 'Nyenacres,' 2 acres in the 'Behyndehaghes,' and 2 acres in the 'Northfelde,' and of 27½d. of yearly quit rent which Walter Bokelonde, father of the said Thomas, used to pay the said Margaret for certain lands of her held in 'Netherhalleforde.'
