Richard Waldegrave knight the elder to Richard Waldegrave knight the younger. Recognisance for 1,000l., to be levied etc. in Suffolk.
Richard Waldegrave knight the younger to Richard Waldegrave knight the elder and Joan his wife. Recognisance for 2,000l., to be levied etc. in Suffolk.
Richard Waldegrave knight the elder to Richard Waldegrave knight the younger. Recognisance for 200 marks, to be levied as before.

To the abbot and convent of Gloucester. Order to take again their letters patent concerning a maintenance for life in that abbey which William Burghill has by grant of King Richard II, to admit William Boteler the king's serjeant to their house, and minister to him such maintenance, making him letters patent under the common seal of the house, and writing again by the bearer what they will do; as William Burghill is minded to demise his estate therein to the intent that William Boteler may have it, and the king with advice and assent of the council has granted the same to him for life. William Bradwardyn esquire to the king. Recognisance for 200l., to be levied etc. in Herefordshire.
Condition, that he shall not within three years from this date be lawfully convicted by judgment in the king's court at the suit of any person of having heretofore received money from any sureties or mainpernors of twelve prisoners who escaped out of his custody when he was marshal of the late king's marshalsea in the King's Bench, for which escapes by letters patent, dated Westminster 14 July 1 Henry VI, the king has given him a pardon and release, or after such conviction shall within that time repay to the said sureties any sums so received.

To the prior and convent of St. Andrew Norhampton. Request to admit to their house William Lokwode the king's servant, yeoman purveyor of his cellar, whom he is sending to them, and to minister to him such maintenance as Roger Clyppus deceased had therein at command of King Edward III, making him letters patent under the common seal of their house with mention of what he shall take, and writing again by the bearer what they will do.
