William de Clynton knight lord Clynton and Say to John Clement citizen and tailor of London, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the tenement in the parish of St. Olave in Suthwerke near London called of old time 'Clyntonesynne,' between 'Burcestre mylnes' on the east, a house called 'Briggehous' on the west, the inn of the abbot of 'Bataille' on the south and the river Thames on the north, which the said John had by feoffment of the said William. Witnesses: John Clypsham, John Wyntershille esquires, John Deken grocer, Roger Overton, Thomas Palmer, John William, William Redeston. Dated the parish of St. Olave, 21 July 3 Henry VI.

Confirmation of their estate in possession of the manors of Jevyngton, Torryngseyntcler, Brambelcye, Lavertye, Lampham and Heghton and all other lands etc. in Sussex late of Philip Seyntcler knight, the manors of Newenham, Excete and Notebourne excepted, by charters indented of demise and feoffment made by William Cheyne knight, John Frank clerk, John Aston and Geoffrey Motte clerk to them, their heirs and assigns; and quitclaim with warranty of the manors and lands aforesaid. Thomas Pymore to John Roger and John his elder son. Recognisance for 100l., to be levied etc. in Dorset.
Condition, that at the costs of John Roger he shall make to them and John Herynge, John Fauntleroy, Nicholas Latymer, John Pyrye, John Storke and John Forde, and to the heirs and assigns of John the son, a secure estate in a messuage, a mill, two carucates of land, 20 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture, 5 acres of wood, 10 acres of marsh and 20s. of rent in Pymore by Bridport, and that they shall peaceably hold and enjoy the same without disturbance of him or his heirs.

Walter Vicary citizen and tailor of London and Joan his wife, daughter of Joan who was wife of William Houne citizen and 'barbour' of London and daughter and heir of William Woser otherwise Boteler, to John Franke clerk, William Sopere burgess of Suthampton, Isabel his wife and the heirs and assigns of William Sopere. Quitclaim of the wife's right in three tenements with curtilages and a piece of arable land in the town of Hethe on the south and east of the chief high way of the town, and in a great croft of arable land and wood called Horeston, and one acre of arable land in a field of the abbot and convent of Techefelde adjacent to the said croft on the south side and the high way on the west, lying in Cadelande in the parish of Falley, whereof William Houne 'ferrour' of Neuport in the Isle of Wight co. Suthampton was seised, also in a tenement called the Wose with curtilage, four crofts containing 16 acres of land, meadows, woods etc. in Depdene and elsewhere in the parish of Depdene co. Suthampton late of William Woser otherwise Boteler, all which John Franke and the others had jointly by feoffment of the said Joan the mother. Dated 11 February 4 Henry VI.
