Nicholas Rykhulle to John Gaynesforde. Recognisance for 2,000l., to be levied etc. in Essex.
Condition, that he, his heirs or executors, shall save harmless John Gaynesforde, his heirs or assigns, concerning a statute staple for 1,000l. wherein the said John is bound to Thomas Echyngham, Thomas Leukenore knight, John Rykhylle and Joan his wife, and shall acquit and discharge him toward them.

John de la Hay of Reanham co. Kent to John Franke clerk. Recognisance for 40l., to be levied etc. in Kent.
Cancelled, John Franke having made him a release of that sum.
Thomas Syppenham citizen and mercer of London and Ellen his wife, who was wife of John Sawyere citizen of London, to Robert Whaplode hostiler, William Belgrave mercer, citizens of London, John de Dene of London and Richard atte Wode of Morstham co. Surrey, their heirs and assigns. Attornment in respect of the reversion of two tenements in Rouchestre co. Kent, a tenement sometime of John Castiller at Borstalle in the parish of St. Margaret in 'Southgate' by Rouchestre, other lands, marshes, rents and services at Borstalle, and a piece of land in the said parish called the Culverhawe with the dovecote thereupon, all held by the said Thomas and Ellen for her life, which John Sawyer cousin and heir of her husband, to wit son of John Sawyer late citizen and 'foistour' of London his elder brother, gave to Robert Whaplode and the others, their heirs and assigns.
