Fulham.
William Wylbram to the king. Recognisance for 100l., to be levied etc. in Notynghamshire.
Condition, that he shall abide the award of John archbishop of York the chancellor touching all matters against him set forth by the prior of Blythe and pending before the king and council, that he shall not be found one of the evildoers who made a riot in Notynghamshire and of malice threw down a house of the prior there, or of their counsel therein, and that he did not threaten the inquisitors of an inquisition there lately taken for the king concerning the said riot, to find nought for the king.
Thomas Boys, son and heir of Hugh Boys, to Stephen Broun grocer, Richard Osbarne clerk, John Poly, John Maldoun and Hugh Hardynge grocers, citizens of London, their heirs and assigns. Confirmation of their estate and possession in all lands, rents and services in Kyngeston upon Thames or elsewhere in Surrey which came to him by inheritance after his father's death, and quitclaim with warranty thereof, reciting a charter of feoffment thereof by him made, dated Kyngeston upon Thames 24 September 2 Henry V, to William Sevenoke, William Symmes, Robert Colbrooke, Geoffrey Wymonde and Nicholas Grafton chaplain, their heirs and assigns, the death of the said Geoffrey and Nicholas, a quitclaim made by William Symmes and Robert Colbrooke to William Sevenoke, his heirs and assigns, and a charter of feoffment and demise by William Sevenoke made at Kyngeston 19 April 3 Henry VI to Stephen Broun and the others, their heirs and assigns; and quitclaim with warranty of the premises.
