Thomas Scrope esquire to William Pecke esquire. Recognisance for 100l., to be levied etc. in Berkshire.
Condition, that before Easter next Guy Fairfax shall by charter make a demise to William Pecke, his heirs and assigns, of his estate in all the lands in Remenham co. Berkshire and Henley upon Thames co. Oxford by virtue of two writs of elegit against William Remenham of Remenham now deceased, upon a writ of debt sued by the said Guy and by William Akworth now deceased before William Babyngton and his fellows, justices of the Bench, and that the said Thomas shall make William Pecke a confirmation of such estate.
