John Parker, son of Simon Parker of Sellyng co. Kent, to William Bouer. Recognisance for 10l., to be levied etc. of his lands and chattels in Kent,
Condition, that before Christmas next the said John shall when required make a release to Alice Wyke or others at her appointment of all the lands at Sellyng which William atte Sole purchased of Thomas Fog knight, and shall meantime make no estate, demise or release thereof save to her or her assigns.
John Nug', son and heir of William Nug' son of Joan late the wife of Geoffrey Nug' and daughter and heir of John Siffride sometime of Andevere co. Suthampton, to Roland Byris provost of Queens Hall Oxford, the scholars thereof and to their successors. Quitclaim with warranty of a messuage, the site of a mill, 20 acres of land and 10 acres of meadow in Enham Knights co. Suthampton which John de Haudlo knight lord of Borstall, for the health of his soul, the souls of Maud late his wife, their children and kinsfolk, and for the souls of King Edward II, Hugh le Despenser the elder and all the faithful departed, gave to the predecessors of the now provost and scholars and to their successors. Dated 13 December, 8 Henry VI.
