Thomas Pountfreyt, son of William Pountfreyt late citizen and skinner of London, to Miles Sculle, Gilbert Holtoft, John Horseley, Edmund Mille, Robert Staunton and Roger Legh, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of eleven messuages with gardens and all other the lands, rents and services in the parish of St. Giles without 'Crepulgate' in the suburb of London, and all in the parish of St. Botolph without 'Bisshopesgate' London and St. Leonard Shordyche co. Middlesex sometime of William Pountfreit, whereof he has made them a feoffment. Dated 27 July 10 Henry VI.
Thomas Pountfreit, son of William Pountfreit (as above), to Miles Sculle (and the others above named), their heirs and assigns. Charter of all the lands, rents and services in the parish of St. Botolph without 'Bisshopesgate' and St. Leonard Shordyche sometime of William Pountfreit. Witnesses: Thomas Rolfe serjeant at law, Alexander Aune, John Somercotes. Dated 17 July 10 Henry VI.
Thomas Pountfreit (as above) to John Wode. Letter of attorney, appointing him to receive from Richard Osbarne and Walter Cokke fishmonger, citizens of London, seisin of all the lands, rents and services in the parishes of St. Botolph without 'Bisshopisgate' and St. Leonard Shordyche which they had jointly by gift of William Pountfreit his father, according to an indenture tripartite by them made to the said Thomas. Dated 15 July 10 Henry VI.
