Westminster.
Robert Crane of Suffolk 'gentilman' to Thomas Syngylton esquire and Thomas Asshe of London. Recognisance for 350 marks, to be levied etc. in Suffolk.
Condition, that whereas he is enfeoffed by John Wodehous and John Tyrell of the manor of Flede in Stonham Gernyngham co. Suffolk with all lands in the hundreds of Bosmere and Hertesmere sometime of Thomas Syngylton upon conditions, namely that in twelve years next following he shall pay the said Thomas 350 marks, namely 50 marks at Michaelmas next, 100 marks at Michaelmas following, 10 marks at Easter following, 10 marks at Michaelmas following, and so year by year until the same be fully paid, with power to the said John and John to enter again and hold the premises in their first estate if payment be four weeks in default, they shall not be hindered by him or any other in his name having his title from entering the same for nonpayment, and shall not be impleaded concerning such entry, if made.
