Philip Amondesham and Ralph his son and heir to Thomas Chamber esquire, John Wellesbourne of Wycombe and John Forde and to their heirs. Quitclaim with warranty of two messuages, two mills, five carucates of land, 30 acres of meadow, 18 acres of pasture, 80 acres of wood and 7l. of rent in Agmondesham, Woborne, Bekensfelde, Teplowe and Hecham co. Bukingham, and a messuage and one virgate of land in Stoke co. Hertford which, by fine levied in the king's court in Hilary term 8 Henry VI, Thomas Chamber and the others have by gift of John Dalton and Alice late his wife to them and the heirs of the said Thomas.
