of a tenement builded in Boston called 'Cornerplace' on the east
side of the river port between 'Quykerllane' otherwise 'Garnounlane' on the south and a tenement of William Magelyn on
the north and abutting eastward on a tenement of John Lowys
and westward upon the public road, which remained to John
Stanes after the death of John Stanes of Holtham his grandfather, and which the said John Dymmoke and Thomas have by
