To H. archbishop of Canterbury. Summons to a parliament at Westminster on the morrow of St. Martin next, with the clause premunientes.
Like writs to J. archbishop of York or in his absence to his vicar general, H. bishop of Winchester commonly called the cardinal of England or in his absence to his vicar general, sixteen other bishops, T. bishop of Norwich or in his absence to his vicar general, and to the administrator of the bishopric of Ely or in his absence to his vicar general.

John 'of Ile' to William Dodesham the younger, his heirs and assigns. Charter of all the lands in 'Westchilton' in the parish of Canyngton co. Somerset which John Boldehay sometime held by demise of Thomas Tryvet knight. Witnesses: Alexander Hody, William Michell, Richard Gosse, Philip Pym, Robert Ryvers. Dated 26 July 17 Henry VI.

John 'of Ile' to William Dodesham the younger, his heirs and assigns. Charter of the grantor's estate in all the lands in Canyngton co. Somerset whereof William Clyve clerk was tenant for life of the heritage of Joan who was wife of Walter Tilly. Witnesses: Alexander Hody, Richard Gosse, Philip Pym, Walter Hassheforde, John Wulmere. Dated Friday after the Assumption 17 Henry VI.

John Stanes otherwise Stanys otherwise Benfelde, son and heir of Simon Stanes of Holtham co. Lincoln, to John Dymmoke of Friskenay the elder and Thomas Dymmoke of Foletby, late of Hoggesthorp, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of a tenement builded in Boston called 'Cornerplace' on the east side of the river port between 'Quykerllane' otherwise 'Garnounlane' on the south and a tenement of William Magelyn on the north and abutting eastward on a tenement of John Lowys and westward upon the public road, which remained to John Stanes after the death of John Stanes of Holtham his grandfather, and which the said John Dymmoke and Thomas have by his feoffment; also of divers lands called 'Tolemoudeys placez' on the south side of the town, and a tenement in Algerkyrke otherwise Alderkyrke sometime of Geoffrey Walys. Witnesses: John Lowys of Boston, John Quykerell, Thomas Hounyng, Thomas Hunyng, Thomas Roberde. Dated 10 November 18 Henry VI.
