Hugh Ridlake of London 'haberdassher' to William Ludlowe. Recognisance for 100s., to be levied etc. in the city of London.

John Huge of Dureforde co. Sussex 'notary' to Master John Stokes clerk. Recognisance for 20l., to be levied etc. in Sussex.
Condition, that he shall pay John Stokes 20s. on Easter day next, 20s. on Michaelmas day following, and so year by year until the whole be fully paid.

Condition, that before Christmas day next he shall cause William Phelipp lord Bardolf, Edmund Bedyngfelde, William Bedyngfelde and William Richere to make, seal and deliver to the said Edmund a deed of a yearly rent of 100s. to be taken of all the lands, rents and services in the town of Bury St. Edmunds, which they had by feoffment of John Gunell, with clause of distress, and that the said Edmund may peaceably enjoy the same until thereby or by other payment fully contented of 25 marks 6s. 8d.

Request to take again and cancel letters patent concerning a corrody in that priory which Margaret wife of John Rislee has for her life at request or command of King Henry IV, to admit her and the said John to their house, and minister such corrody or maintenance to them for their lives and the life of the longest liver, making them letters patent under the common seal of the house with mention of what they shall take, and writing again by the bearer what they will do; as the said Margaret is minded to give up her letters to be cancelled, to the intent that she and the said John may have that corrody for their lives etc., and the king has sent them both thither.
