Westminster.
Thomas Claymonde of Lincolnshire 'gentilman,' Walter Estofie 'gentilman' and John Halle of Essex 'gentilman' to John earl of Oxford. Recognisance for 500 marks, to be levied etc. in the counties aforesaid.
Condition, that one month after Michaelmas next the said Walter and John Halle shall deliver up in chancery all charters, evidences, writings and muniments concerning lordships, manors, lands etc. of the earl and of Alice countess of Oxford his mother which are in their keeping, or have come or shall before that date come into their possession after the death of Nicholas Thorley knight.
