June 12.
Westminster.		 Robert Fuller of Plymmouthe co. Devon 'marchaunt' to Bertram Godet merchant of Brittany. Recognisance for 40l., to be levied etc. in Devon.
Condition, that he shall abide the award of the court of chancery touching a matter therein pending between the parties, and the said Bertram shall not be arrested at his suit or by his procurement.
