Charter with warranty of all their lands, tofts, crofts, rents and services, dikes, ditches, hedges, hays, 'frankeborde,' head lands, balks etc. in the towns and fields of 'Esthatle,' Clopton, 'Hungryhatle' and Tadlowe co. Cantebrigge, which they with John atte Hoo parson of Harleton and Guy Monye of 'Esthattele,' both now deceased, had by feoffment of Walter Hamonde of 'Hungryhattele,' John Prysot of Haselyngfelde and Thomas Smyth of Streteham. Lawrence Cheyne, Henry Fylongley, William Cotton esquires and John Chirche citizen and mercer of London to Thomas Milde, Thomas Bernarde esquires and John Lorkyn chaplain. Recognisance for 200 marks, to be levied etc. in Cambridgeshire.
Condition, that they, their heirs or executors shall pay to the said Thomas, Thomas and John Lorkyn at Haverille co. Suffolk in the parish church of St. Mary 10 marks a year at Midsummer and Christmas by even portions or within fifteen days after, until John Lorkyn shall be advanced to a benefice within the realm of the clear yearly value of 20 marks over and above all charges due to the king and the ordinaries, or until such a benefice shall be offered him without fraud or covin, the first term of payment to be on Midsummer day next. Proviso that upon every payment an acquittance under seal shall be given, dated at Haverylle in the said church.

Thomas Blancharde, son and heir of Joan who was wife of Walter Tilly, to William Dodesham the younger, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim of 32 acres of land and 3 acres of meadow in Canyngton co. Somerset, 30 acres thereof lying in a marsh there in two furlongs lying together called 'Cranecroft' and 'Manelonde,' 1 acre called 'Langelond' lying between land sometime of Robert Gornay on the east and land of the said William on the west, another acre of land and 1 acre of meadow lying together in a close called the 'Parrok' between the said William's garden on the east and the vicarage garden on the west, which close was sometime held by Geoffrey Alnarde, and the remaining 2 acres of meadow called the 'Leueracres' in the north meadow between meadow sometime of Robert Testarde on the east and meadow sometime of Walter le Lief on the west, all which the said William recovered at Westminster before the justices of the Bench in Michaelmas term 20 Henry VI (roll 328) by writ of formedon in descendere against Alexander Hody, and sued and obtained execution by William Stafforde then sheriff, and the said Alexander on Friday after St. Peters Chair 13 Henry VI at Yevelchestre before the justices of assize recovered the same by an assize of novel disseisin against Leonard Tilly, son of the said Walter and Joan, and others; and warranty against Nicholas abbot of Glastonbury and his successors. Witnesses: Alexander Hody, Philip Pym, John Loty, John Wulley, Walter Michell. Dated 22 November 21 Henry VI.

Quitclaim with warranty of a tenement with two shops and solar thereupon built in the parish of St. Mary Magdalene by 'Oldefisshstrete' London between tenements late of dame Alice Bamme on the north and south and extending from the said tenements of the said Alice on the west to the high street called 'Oldechaunge' on the east, and of all the tenement with solar thereupon built in 'Wodestrete' in the parish of St. Peter 'in Chepe' London between a tenement pertaining to the craft of goldsmiths of London on the south and a tenement late of dame Elizabeth Fraunceys on the north extending from the tenement of the said craft eastwards to 'Wodestrete' westward, which two tenements etc. Lawrence Braunche and the others have in possession by feoffment of John Spurre the son.
